Hi, what’s the minimum plate size for this print?

i assume you mean 50lbs (not kg) for a total of 100lbs? i've used 2x fisher duopower 8x40's, screw fits perfectly and is rated for 2x 15kg in 12mm thick gyproc.

Hi, no that is 50Kg each for drywall. This is because the way the weight of the set acts at the effective pivot distance it makes the wall anchors see an equivalent force greater than the weight of the set (think how a crowbar multiplies force). You may be fine with the ones you’ve used but I can only recommend using 50Kg rated drywall anchors

Yeah quite a big torque arm. I was thinking of calculating it. I may remix the wallmount bracket to hold 2 plugs per mount just to be sure. 50kg plugs are 20 euro each

Ok, up to you however by adding further holes into the wall plate this may make it weaker and likely to split. If you are adding another hole, do make sure to print the wall plate with 100% solid infill modifiers across the width.
